Add mono, dual, and three finger pockets to your hangboard with these versatile holds! By rotating the holds 120 degrees, you can switch between the different pock widths.
They are available in three different depths ranging from about a pad-and-a-half to a bit under a single pad. This allows you to swap them out as your progress.
These are sold as single holds so buy two if you want to hang with both hands.
They don't include bolts. Buy the 3/8 x 2" bolt for 20mm and 25mm depths. The 30mm requires the 3/8 x 2.5" bolt.
